CLOSE DIE FORGINGS

We have 1ton and 2 ton belt drop hammers to manufacture quality forged components as per the customer requirement. We have in house trimming presses and furnace for heating billets.We manufacture all types of forged components ranging from 500grams to 70KG under strict quality control.

Upset Forging

We have 400 ton and 300 ton upset forging presses specialized for shaft and head forged components.

Heat treatment(Normalizing)

We undertake all kinds of works for normalizing with our oil heated normalizing furnace delivering quality product.

Steel Cutting

We have band saw as well as billet shearing machine of upto 5” capacity.

Die Making

We have an area dedicated to tool room within our works. We manufacture dies using the modern EDM machine of model electronic FM-15.
